By accessing or using Beautiful Noises, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

Beautiful Noises provides automated audio and video processing, including stem separation, soundtrack extraction, conversion, analysis, MIDI, notation drafts, and related downloads. Results vary with source quality and model performance and may require editing.

2. Your content and permissions

You may upload only material you own or have permission to process. You remain responsible for your uploads, your use of generated results, and compliance with copyright and other applicable laws. You grant Beautiful Noises the limited permission needed to store, copy, transcode, analyze, and deliver your material solely to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the requested service.

3. Accounts, purchases, and unlocks

Stripe processes payments. Beautiful Noises does not store your full card number. Unless a checkout page clearly states otherwise, purchases are one-time charges. Purchases are generally final once processing begins, subject to the Refund Policy.

4. File retention and customer backups

Project files are temporary. Guest and session files are normally retained for up to 48 hours after the newest project activity. Registered-account and paid or unlocked project files are normally retained for up to 30 days after the newest project activity. Active jobs and recently touched files receive a safety grace period.

These periods are maximum operational windows, not guaranteed storage commitments. You are responsible for downloading and backing up completed work. Eligible project files may also be permanently deleted sooner through My Uploads.

Media-file deletion does not necessarily remove payment, transaction, account, ownership, fraud-prevention, or durable unlock records.

5. Privacy and security

Uploaded projects are not public and are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. No online service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability. Keep project and download links private.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, evade limits or payment controls, or use results to violate another person’s rights.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features; update pricing prospectively; remove expired files; and change these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

The service and automated outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that every source will produce a particular stem, transcription, analysis, or uninterrupted result. To the extent permitted by law, Beautiful Noises is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of files that you did not download and preserve.
